Restaurant was good. Breakfast had good options and staff was helpful. My son was sick , so they helped in midnight to take him to hospital nearby and packed us BF on day of leaving.

I was travelling with my aged parents and chose this hotel because it was really close to the mall. We could walk up to the mall almost every evening quite comfortably. We upgraded to a room with a view and did not regret it. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread though not lavish, was quite filling. The morning black tea that we requested them to serve was excellent. The staff on hand always had a smile on their face and were attentive. The extended dining area overlooking the mountains is beautiful and the perfect place to start your day over a hot cup of Darjeeling tea. We will book this hotel if we travel to Darjeeling again.

Just stayed for 3 nights with my family. We booked 2 rooms in reasonable price from booking. both of the rooms were fantastic. 1. Nice valley view from our room. 2. Super clean bathrooms. 3. Room service was excellent. They refilled room amenities timely. 4. Location is great. On the left, upward road goes to bhanu bhaban in 5mins and shortcut to mall chowrasta. On the right 5-7 mins Walking distance to Glenarys, Keventers, Clock Towert and mall market. Highly recommended for family travelers. My family loved this Hotel.

Exceptional staff! I have stayed in numerous places around the world, and these guys have some of the best staff on their roll. They were always listening, polite, and they reacted extremely fast. The hassle-free travel desk came in handy when we wanted to go sightseeing.

Breakfast had many options and was all fresh. The taste was equally good. We were greeted well upon arrival. The front desk helped with all the details. The restaurant gives the feel of the colonial era, surprising the hotel has a rare lift in the hill station hotel. The staffs are helpful.

Continental breakfast was excellent, we stayed there four nights and five days. There was varity of food items in every morning with buffet system. Plenty of health drinks, fruit juice and lot of others. Location of hotel is also good with wide front road. On the top floor there is a beautiful garden. Wooden walls and floor of hotel rooms retains temperature which fells more comfotable inside in cooler Darjeeling.

It was clean and well equipped. The rooms were pleasant and spacious, the staff was very kind and helpful. The location was convenient and central. The service at the hotel was excellent and the food was delicious. I highly recommend booking a stay at this hotel
